BROADSTAIRS BEACH HOUSE - COVID 19

In accordance with government guidance and our desire to keep all our guests safe, we ask you to read our policy here.

Both Lisa and Brendan have had their two doses of the Pfizer vaccine. If you have had yours, we invite you to let us know, if you are happy to do so.

All bookings must be made at least two days before arrival.

We ask that you wear a face mask when moving around the common areas of the house.

On arrival, guests are required to scan in their phones using the NHS app and QR code poster, which is displayed in the hallway. In the event of not having a mobile phone, we will require to take written details as required by law of all guests on arrival. We also have a non-contact thermometer to scan guests on arrival.

Guests can check-in only between 4.00 and 8.00pm. This is to allow time for cleaning and preparation before your arrival.

All our rooms will be thoroughly cleaned before guests arrival.

We will provide soap, shampoo and anti-viral liquid in each room. Masks will be provided for those guests who forget to bring them.

In order to facilitate proper cleaning of rooms, we ask guests to leave the house by 11.00am on their day of departure.

We are operating just two guest rooms in order that social distancing can be observed. This means we will have two seperate breakfast times. There will be a 15-minute period between the two breakfast sittings to allow for cleaning and preparation of the dining room. In the event that both rooms are occupied by the same family or bubble, all four guests can breakfast together.

Door keys and handles will be cleaned with anti-viral cleaner before and after arrival of guests.

We hope these few rules do not inconvenience you too much but they are designed to keep us all safe.

We wish you a pleasant and safe stay.
